Today I want to try to remove the jargon behind the words Wellbeing and Mental Wellbeing.
We hear these words thrown around the media like confetti right now.
I know through speaking with my clients, conducting online surveys and generally talking to people that they have a very rough idea what these phrases mean, but are not 100% clear and therefore, because there is confusion and a lack of clarity, they don't do anything about it.
So, I have recorded this short message where I have broken these phrases we hear so much about into bite size, normal language. Even more, I go on to suggest some simple steps you can do to ensure you feel more comfortable, happy and healthy....and how you can assist others to as well.
