leadership coaching

to lead ourselves and others we need to

understand how humans function

Leaders are individuals who have the ability to impact and influence those around them.

Leaders need to have high levels of Emotional Intelligence to lead effectively, but to go the next level and be the most effective leader Emotional Intelligence is not enough... they need to have Emotional Intimacy skills too.

An emotionally intimate leader will have the ability to properly gauge and calibrate those around them so that they can use the most effective strategy to achieve the desired outcome.

Leaders are not Managers or Supervisors. Managers & Supervisors are role based and are not relationship based.

Leaders are flexible and have the ability to think on their feet, adapt swiftly to changes around them and remain calm.

True Leaders are individuals who add massive value to themselves, those around them and to business that they Lead within.

These skills are often referred to as "soft skills" yet they are the hardest to understand and master and that is why only the very best Leaders have these skills in abundance....the rest are mediocre leaders at best, probably are more the Manager/Supervisor types.

Using my extensive 20+ years of military leadership training and my understanding and knowledge of Human Behaviour, I have created a 12 weeks training program designed specifically to grow these Soft Skills.
