Stress - Why do we suffer from it, and why do we do what we do when we under stress.....

In this short video I discuss why we have stress. I also discuss how our brain and body reacts when we suffer from stress. Because, if you can understand what is happening to you during a stressful time, you can then plan for it, you can recognise it, and then you can do something about it. Once you can do all that, you will control what you get stressed over and what you don't.
